check - in on weekdays and at the weekend from 14:00 - 21:45. The working hours of the reception may change on weekends and holidays depending on the occupancy of the hotel. For weekend accommodation, a confirmed reservation or prior telephone arrangement is required.
check - out until 10:00. In case of non-compliance, a fee of CZK 100 will be charged to the accommodation price for each hour of extended stay. Outside of check-in hours, we are happy to store your luggage in a lockable room at the reception.
For arrivals outside reception opening hours, you will receive an individual code via SMS for access to the hotel and self check-in. In this case, it is necessary to pay the price for the stay in advance. In case of arrival outside working hours without prior agreement and confirmation, accommodation is not possible!
